How it works

As soon as your parcel is dispatched we email you a tracking number. Use that number in the tracking portal, or open the link in the email. The first scan can take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Expected timeline

• Order placed to dispatch: 1–2 business days
• Dispatch to delivery: 4–6 business days
• Total: 5–8 business days

Tracking hasn't moved?

Tracking can sit still for a few days mid-journey, especially on international legs. It usually resolves itself. If your order passes 8 business days without arriving, email us with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
